Back to Wellness Physical Therapy is primarily a cash based business. We are able to file insurance on your behalf for those clients carrying Medicare, Humana, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Medicare, Aetna and Aetna Medicare. There is a $35 one time fee to provide this service
